Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Tribu, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Tribu is a shared family calendar application. We provide the software and hosting infrastructure to store and sync your calendar data across devices and households.

Your account

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

Your content

You own all content you create in Tribu — events, people, lists, and other data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the service

Availability

We strive to keep Tribu available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will try to provide advance notice when possible.

Termination

You can stop using Tribu at any time. To delete your account and data, contact us at hello@redd.ink. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

Tribu is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including missed events, scheduling conflicts, or data loss. You use Tribu at your own risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
